The images below show a series of cabinets, eight so far, in varying states of completion. Conceptually, the cabinets depict some of the legends of the biblical King Solomon through the abstract vocabulary of Islamic geometry. Each cabinet is about 44″ x 18″ and can be seated on a stand or hung floating on the wall. Also included are some smaller pieces that sprang from the original design work on the cabinets. Please note that, except for the “Al Tabut” cabinet, none of these have been professionally photographed yet. Click the <i> below each image in the slideshow for its caption.
